Aril Community Meet-Ups

Arils are the sweet, tart, ruby red juicy seeds of the pomegranate fruit. Aril meet-ups are times to gather and discuss the sweet, tart and juicy aspects of living life in a woman's body.

Aril Meet-Ups are on the third Thursday of the month at 7pm.

I have been taking care of women and families for over 13 years, first as a doula, then as a nurse and currently as a nurse practitioner and midwife. I have experience in pediatrics, mental health, maternity care and women's health care including reproductive and sexual health. My current focus is supporting women through life transitions from periods to pregnancy to menopause and everything in between. My approach is holistic and focused on incorporating the best of traditional medicine, current research and the patient experience. Schedule a visit and experience the care you deserve.

Salud Women’s Health offers personalized midwifery and gynecologic care in a welcoming, unrushed setting—celebrating your pleasure, caring for your pain, and guiding you toward vibrant health. Because Salud Women’s health is a cash-pay clinic (we don’t take insurance), I have the luxury of spending time with you and listening to your needs in a way that guides us to find solutions together. I will celebrate what brings you pleasure in your body and I will work with you to care for your pain points, finding solutions that last.
